Welcome to Centennial Vancouver
We opened Centennial Vancouver in 1971 on Bathgate Way and 2006 we moved to our new Federally Inspected
30,000 sq foot facility on Vulcan Way. Today, Centennial Vancouver has 80 plus employees with 40 people
directly involved in our production room. We operate on two shifts which allows us to take orders for
fresh portion cuts well into the evening and still deliver early the next day. We average 9 trucks per
day that are all on the road by 6:00 or 6:30 am, Monday through Saturday. Our service area spans from
Hope to Whistler and the Sunshine Coast; we also ship product to the USA and Hong Kong on a weekly basis.
Vancouver Centennial is known for our expert service. We are committed to consultative selling and bringing
solutions to our customers. Our focus is primarily Foodservice and it is primarily centre of the plate protein:
fresh seafood, fresh chicken, fresh lamb, beef and pork. We also sell and distribute burger patties and a
variety of charcuterie meats that are produced by the Premium Brands network of companies.
